Delivery

All orders are processed within 72hrs (during the clinic hours of operation) after receiving your order confirmation email. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Australia is 4-7 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic

We will deliver your goods to the address you give for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within the estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.
Please allow us up to 2 business days to process your order.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our clinic, Sculpted Face + Body, 7/7 Aspen St, Moonee Ponds VIC 3039. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 72hrs (during the clinic hours of operation). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order after 4-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sculptedskin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Sculpted Skin reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds.In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us at info@sculptedfacebody.com within 48 hours of receipt.
