Pre-treatment Care

Avoid cosmetic injectables 2-4 weeks prior to treatment
Avoid skin/laser treatments on treatment area 2-4 weeks prior to treatment
Avoid excessive sun exposure 2 weeks prior to the treatment area
Avoid threads within a year prior to treatment
Avoid photosensitising medication to reduce risk of burning (at least 2-4 weeks or longer if using Roaccutane as recommended by dermatologist/skin specialist)
Avoid the application of other products that include Vitamin A/exfoliation/AHA or BHA based products on the skin for at least 3-7 days prior to treatment

Post-treatment Care

No waxing or shaving for 5 days post-treatment
No laser treatment or excessive sun exposure on the treatment area for 2 weeks post
Avoid exfoliating for 2-3 days post-treatment
Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, hot showers/baths for 24 hours
Avoid the application of other products that include Vitamin A/exfoliation/AHA or BHA based products on the skin for at least 3-7 days post-treatment
Apply broad-spectrum SPF daily
Drink plenty of water post-treatment
